You can contact us directly or with a GP referral. You can book an appointment by calling Mr Bailey’s secretary on 01622 208014. She will be able to advise you of the next available appointment. Alternatively, you can use our Contact Form.

Routine appointments are available on Monday evening, Wednesday morning, Thursday evening and Friday afternoons. If these times are not convenient for you, other times may be available by special arrangement.

We aim to provide you with an appointment within two or three days. We also have evening appointments available if this is more convenient.

Mr Bailey will ask you about your symptoms, your previous medical history and any family history. He may also need to examine you to get a better understanding of your problem. He will then be able to advise you on the next step in your treatment, whether that is further investigations, surgery or a watchful waiting process.

If you have had any recent investigations, scans or blood tests, it is helpful if you can bring the results with you whenever possible.

If you are funding your treatment yourself, we can arrange to get a quote for your treatment, so that you know exactly what costs are involved prior to your admission.

If you are taking Aspirin, Clopidogrel, Antiplatelet agents or Warfarin, please make sure that you inform Mr Bailey of this during your consultation and he will discuss the risks and benefits of stopping this prior to your procedure and the pre-admission team will organise your appropriate treatment.
